Management Coaching and Mentoring


We offer coaching and mentoring together, for managers from all levels of the hierarchy. It is available in Turkish and in English.

It is a self-transformation journey for managers, with the support of a coach who has been a manager for many years in organizations. The focus and objectivity provided by an experienced and trained coach from outside of the organization, unaffected from the organizational dynamics, can bring forth totally different results. 

It is a pre-requisite that the customer, the coachee, wants to be coached and is open to learning and growth.

Executives are very busy and work under enormous time pressure and stress. Often are not able to dedicate the time or energy to focus on their own development.

Technical managers, such as in information technology which is our area of expertise, may not be able to prioritize self-improvement in areas like communication, leadership, team motivation.

Leading large-scale projects or change programs requires specific competences. We are able to contribute significantly to the improvement of managers in this domain via mentoring and coaching, with our extensive experience.

Since coaching speeds up the adaptation period, some situations which especially benefit from coaching/mentoring are:

  • Initial promotion from being an individual contributor to management,
  • When a manager joins the organization,
  • When an expat comes to a new country,
  • When a manager assumes wider responsibility via promotion or organizational change,
