Team Coaching
Team coaching is where we bring most value to our corporate clients as Nilsight, because team coaching leverages the synergy of our combined leadership and project management experience with individual and team coaching skills.
A team is a small number of people who work together in order to achieve common goals and who are mutually accountable to each other.
Team coaching is a blend of individual coaching, group coaching, facilitation, team building and organizational development.
Effective team coaching takes into account the internal and external interactions of the team and the environment the team operates in, by taking a systemic perspective.
The team coach engages with the team, individually and as a whole, and with their stakeholders for a designated time period with the target of:
- clarifying the shared goals and approach,
- increasing the effectiveness and
- increasing the performance
of the team.
Some cases in which team coaching is especially beneficial are:
- To bring a new team up-to-speed quickly,
- To address the communication problems within the team and/or with the team and the stakeholders,
- To re-energize a team,
- To prepare a team for upcoming significant responsibilities,
