Talent Coaching and Mentoring
Talent coaching and mentoring, accelerates the development of employees identified as high potential or are candidates for moving to management roles. It is also a method to reward and retain key employees that are critical to the business.
Our combined coaching and mentoring is a growth journey that grooms talented employees for bigger responsibilities, with the support of a coach who has undertaken critical responsibilities for many years in organizations. It is available in Turkish and in English.
Often managers are very busy and are not able to dedicate sufficient time or energy to focus on the individual development of their staff. The focus and objectivity provided by an experienced and trained coach from outside of the organization, unaffected from the organizational dynamics, can bring forth significant results.
Key technical talent, such as in information technology field, our area of expertise, may not be able to prioritize self-improvement in areas like communication and management skills.
Some situations which especially benefit from talent coaching/mentoring are:
- Structured development of employees selected to a talent pool in a talent program format,
- When a talent relocated as an expat,
- When a key employee assumes wider responsibility in a project, that requires communication and leadership skills,
- When the employee takes a different role or migrates to a different area in the company,
